April De Angelis was elected as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature in 2020.
April De Angelis’s plays include Jumpy (Royal Court West End, Sydney), Playhouse Creatures ( Old Vic, Chichester), The Village ( Stratford East), Flight – libretto (Glyndebourne, International), A Laughing Matter (National Theatre), and My Brilliant Friend – an adaptation of the Ferrante novels (Olivier Theatre).
