Join & support

The RSL receives no regular public or government funding. As we’re an independent charity, we depend upon the support of our Fellows and Members, Patrons and friends to continue fulfilling our aims of advancing literature for all.

As well as enjoying world-class events, RSL Members have the satisfaction of belonging to an organisation that inspires a love of literature in all ages – through visits to state schools, masterclasses, and grants for writers at all stages.

Without the help of our supporters, we wouldn’t be able run our education programme, or our awards and grants. We are continually seeking funding to support our activities and work closely with trusts and foundations who believe in our mission.

Contact our Director, Molly Rosenberg, [email protected] if you are a trust or foundation and are interested in supporting us.
