The Poem

My mind is a cage filled with hurt, anger and rage

Stuck here in this place where my heart beats at an erratic pace

And all because I lost my court case and no it’s not because I was white, Indian or black

Cos that just a false fact, it’s because I committed a crime

And now I can wither whinge or whine,

so now I am forced to grow up and do my time

Or else I should’ve thought first and not decided to commit crime…

Don’t waste your time by committing crime!
