A rare opportunity to see some of the finest emerging writers from Chicago and London curated by Chicago Spoken Word Educator and Golden Shovel Anthology co-editor, Peter Kahn. 

Featured poets include: Patricia Frazier – the National Youth Poet Laureate of the United States, Kara Jackson – the Youth Poet Laureate of Chicago, Natalie Richardson – former Scholastic Arts Midwest Youth Poet Laureate, Theresa Lola, Caleb Femi, and Aisling Fahey  – Young People’s Poet Laureates of London, and Rachel Long – Young People’s Poet Laureate of London finalist and founder of Octavia Poetry Collective for Women of Colour.  

Presented by RSL Fellow Sarah Howe and poet Jacob Sam La Rose.
